I have been dealing with your company for about two years and never had a clam, unfortunately my phone broke and I had to
Put in a clam, NOW I GET TOLD THE I NEED TO PAY excess??? do u know that you are the most expensive on the market???
And not only that I get told that it will take more then 10 days to repair my phone!!! AND WHEN I CALD IN THERE WAS NO MANAGER TO TALK TO
Your client service stinks!!! I WIL NOT recommend your company to anyone in fact I am going to lay a complain at MTN and I will make shore that this come out to the CEO of MTN
AND I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY... WHEN EVER I AM IN A MTN STORE TO LET EVERY PERSON NO HOW YOUR COMPANY IS
