Once again Bad Service

It is now 3 weeks later that I have been having issues with in-store sim swaps and my online mtn active account! Sick and Tired, why pay for a service that is never properly rendered? I phone the call centre and they say all is fine and they see no problem on their side, but when I, or any store representative try and login it says "Your account is Not Open". Then I receive a response on Hello peter from mtn saying "according to THEIR Records, however in store and online I can do NOTHING!!! Please can someone from mtn show a bit of showmanship as well as assistance and call me on 0810463123 to sort this out please?
