Online service a ripoff!

I ordered a product online 2 weeks ago and received a call that it is ready to be picked up. Now I stay 60km away from the store and had only a Sunday morning to pick it up. When I got there I was told that the online department only works during weekdays and that I should come back during office hours. Is it just me or is the whole point of using an online store that you can't go in during office hours??? How can you have two seperate departments working in the same store??? Now that said and done after about an hour they finally found my product and asked if I payed online for it which I did. I paid R480 but the price in store on the product is R350 thus I overpaid R130! And the in-store staff said that it's not their problem I need to sort it out with the online staff during office hours??? It is ONE store!
