Incompetent IN asisting with queries

I have spoken to thre differnt people in customer services and no one was able to assist me with my query. I am ahaving internet connection problems and have enough data, yet the one tells me i have no data and I just purchased a gig on the 11 August 2013. They send me settings which does not even help solve the problem and tells me to go on internet to download when I tell them it tells me internet connection problem. They need to really put more experienced and competent people at helpdesk
