Vodacom
Upgrade that i don't know anything about

I have a contract with vodacom which has lapsed July but end of August 2013 vodacom deducted 1246.57 on my account they were suppose to deduct two hundred and something for the remaining contract that I have with them for a laptop I Phoned them to find out why they told me I have made an upgrade I told them I didn't upgrade they told me to send an affidavit and copy of my ID I did that on the 9 of September they phoned me that they have received my documents they are busy with the investigation today they have deducted 1193.39 can you please help as this is frustrating me I cannot pay for something that I don't have and their investigation is taking forever yet their deducting my money I am just and admin I cannot do a contract where I will have to pay thousand something a month it does not make sense
