2nd time I'm applying for an FNB account. First time service was bad but I gave them another chance. This time they sent my card to the wrong branch, I understand mistakes happen but it's now been over 2 weeks since I've applied for my card & I still haven't received my card. I went into Garden's on the 25th oct & spent an hour with the consultant as she arranged my card was delivered to the correct branch and advised it would be within the next week, now 11 days have passed, 4 phone calls to Gardens have been placed and today when I called I was advised my card is STILL at Evander Branch. FNB advertised 1. cards wont be sent to the wrong branch 2. switching banks is an easy and smooth process. Both instances they have failed. To top it off last week I phoned complaints to complain and they advised some one would call me on Monday and it's now Tuesday and I still haven't received a a call. I want this resolved and some one needs to take action to ensure my card is delivered to asap
