I am so fed up with the rubbish service I've received from MTN. Firstly, how is it possible that I have to reload my BIS 4times in a period of 20days? With BIS Absolut by the time my BIS expires I'd be left with over 90MB from the 200MB given now suddenly I use over a GIG with no change in habit. On Sunday I had used up 50% of my allowance and Monday I receive a text saying I have used up all my allowance and I have not been downloading anything at all! That's RUBBISH. Why am I paying for an internal error when they realise their billing methods are not effective? I reported the incident when it first occured and still NOTHING has been done. Secondly, I battle to make calls and receive and when enquire I'm told there is no problem. For some odd reason I'm unable to port to another network provider because MTN seems to be having network issues. Something must be done! I'm not valued as a customer and this is the end of our journey MT
