I took out. A contract at samsung midlands mall through nashua mobile. I've had so many isues with not being informed when or that I no longer will be able to just download any more. I signed contrac on the fact that I want Bis with uncapped data. Then the service from the staff at samsung where do I start. All promises and so many complaints, I would close the place down. It costs me R150 every dam visit so I can get to. I recently though that I would give it a chance by taking out a end contract with them and see how it goes. And again I was decieved, even the so called supervisor on my 3rd trip asured me that they wil cap my call limit and I ended up having what was not agreed upon deducted from my acc. I have everything on recording as they promised me and failed to deliver the 4th time I had to baby sit the staff to get it done. I'm sorry this is a bad service and a company I don't want to ever do business with. Once they get your money they are satisfied and when you need help they don't respond. I want to cancel this contract and as I have recordings that I was mislead. I'm so upset. They don't even apoligize.3yrs of bad service and I'm drawing the line
