Disappointing and useless customer service

I took my phone into the Canal Walk branch three weeks ago for the power button to be repaired on my iPhone 5, I was told it will take two to three weeks. I received a SMS from Eduard Meyer the manager telling me my phone is ready for collection. When I arrived this evening (after a 60km round trip from my home) one of the staff tried to test it and it wouldn't turn on. The manager then turned to him saying they need proof of payment from me. And I only get knowledge of this now, how is that even possible! So within the three weeks that my iPhone has been with Vodacom, it's gone to JHB Vodacom technicians and back without getting hold of me once! The manager tried to blame Vodacom JHB without trying to sort the situation out. The lack of urgency and disregard for me was mind blowing, I have been a Vodacom customer for -15 years now. If Vodacom cares to follow this up my Job no. is 9107784. I have honestly lost all faith in Vodacom's customer service.
