No response on many a request

Phone went in mid Dec for repairs to my sons phone. to date no call from anybody at Altech even though i have spent endless hrs on line and many a visit to the Altech branch. such atrocious service from insurance dept and branches. is there any way i dont have to pay for this time of no usage on the contract for the period?
