Pathetic Service!!! Ur loyalty does not count!!

My phone was in Jan 2013. I called the number blocked. When i called to have the number reactivated i was told the number was permanently blocked. i was told that a ref will be logged with IT, to put the number back in the pool then i could do a sim swop. i received ref: SD131074 for this. When i enquired after a week, no one knew what i was talking about. A new ref was logged, but no one ever gets back to me!!! I am so frustrated and would rather move to another network!!!
