Threats by Above mentioned Persons and Company

Referring to the headline, Siphiwe from Pholosa credit Solutions, threatened my parents whom are pensioners telling them that their house will get sold for non payment of the account of over four years old. My father has been unemployed for four years and my mother does not work due to her health, they live off a pension and that is all. They have gone under debt review in order to pay accounts that they had from the time of my dad's misfortune of loosing his job. We had contacted Cell c telephonic-ally and ever since heard nothing from them until a few days ago they phoned my mother and told her they where going to sell their house to pay the account. She is a diabetic and suffers from high blood pressure and is in a very depressed state of mind due to the allegations. This is outrageous and unacceptable, some person sends them a letter stating they will sell their house because of R13222.00 we feel it is ludicrous and feel actions should be taken against this company. We want answers from Cell C and apologies to our mother and father for putting them through this torment.
