No Respect shown towards 76 yr old mum

Please advise whether an assessor has the expertise to blatantly remark on such aspects, without valid ground:
- That the residential home which is No. 82 Drynaria Dune is liveable. Although surveying of the home would result in proof that the house is in fact not conducive to healthy living standard considering the facts outlaid in this email.

- Such as, My Dad (now deceased) had been ill for 5 years with diabetes as well as heart disease yet lived at this residence for many years.
- My Mother still resides at the residence which is not healthy for her considering the high scale of dampness in the house.
- At my Mother's advanced age of 76 years, it is alarming that the assessor can motivate that the house is livable, under these damp conditions of habitat.
- Just as one would state that your enviromnent shapes you, in that light, poor conditions can also contribute to a person's health detoriating.
- A significant factor, my Father unfailingly paid his insurance premiums for 55 years
