Order not deliverd and service

I made an online order with Mr Price home on 23.01.2014. I paid an amount to have the goods delivered to me by 5 days. After noticing that my order was still on processing I phoned the Call centre to find out what the problem was on Wednesday 22.01.2014. After numerous calls it finally came out the one product was damaged and therefor my order has been placed on hold. They promised to ship my parcel ASAP and told me I would receive a voucher for the product that was damaged. Yesterday I phoned AGAIN at 13h20 to find out why my parcel has not been shipped and where the voucher is. I was told that my orders online has not been updated yet but that the parcel has already been collected by the couriers. At 16h30 yesterday I was left an message that some of the other products were not in stock anymore and they would like to know if they should still ship my order.
ITS FRIDAY 31.01.2014 ..STILL NOT RECIEVED MY ORDER OR VOUCHERS AND I MADE 6 CALLS WITH 1000 OF PROMISES. DO YOU WANT ME TO TAKE THIS UP LEGALLY. WHY DO YOU KEEP ON LYING TO ME!!! WHERE THE IS MY STUFF I PAID FOR!!!
