No communication and empty promises

On 27 July 2013 i went there looking to sign up for a 2gig contract with device R119. I was made to sign even though they didnt have the device in stock. David promised to deliver it that Tuesday 30 July 2013... he didnt. I went again the following Saturday, asked if i should cancel because he doesnt have in store... he said no. Asked why he didnt communicate with me concerning his matter he apologised and promised to deliver the following Tuesday... he didnt and didnt even communicate with me after I had specifically asked him to atleast call me and update me on the progress... still waiting for his call until today. I bet I will have to go again a third time and he will still apologise and give empty promises. I keep waisting my time and money. Very dissappointed in the poor service
