Nashua's Service is Terrible

My account was in arrears and then Nashua Debited by account in December with the outstanding amount. Upon calling them to confirm what my next payment is I was told they never recieved the Outstanding amount of R2098 which they took from my account on the 21st of Decmeber. I then sent my Personal bank statement reflecting the money they debited and still they cannot confirm that the R2098 has been recieved. Everytime I speak to someone and ask for my outstanding balance they say I owe the R2098. It's me off now because I want to terminate my contracts next week and cannot get hold of someone who can actually tell me what my outstanding amount is and what my termination fees are so that I can pay it. Also when you call the callcentre the IVR is mixed up and when you choose the right option it goes through to the wrong dept then they transfer you again and you hold forever. I called twice and everytime I was transfered to the wrong number or put on hold for more than 10mins. Nashua is dissapointing and I won't use their services ever again. As soon as I know what my termination fees are I'm going to transfer it into their account and they must cancel my contracts Immediately
