Disgusting service

I am not impress with Nashua Mobile I called them to make arrangemnets regarding payment to them and they outstanding amount that is outstanding on my account is R 3395.07 I made arrangemnts to pay that amount off and they went and debit the whole amount from my account which i did not make provision for and now my bank account is in a minus 3, 537.61 who is going to pay that

I am disgusted by the service i received from that
