My phone is faulty - it switches off and there are battery problems and other issues...
Vodacom always makes this the customer's problem - I returned phone on 5th day and it went it for software update - as advised. Few days later it is still problematic and now I have to be phone-less for two weeks while it gets sent to JHB. I asked for replacement last week. What about the Consumer Protection Act? I have rights, customer has choice to REFUND, REPAIR OR REPLACE. I ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT LAST WEEK!
