Good Day my husband took my Blackberry cellphone to MTN Tableview to send to for repairs as the charger could not fit into the cellphone to charge the cellphone for some reason. The phone was taken to them on 8 August 2013 and Lyle assured my husband that the phone would be sent the same afternoon to the repair centre. When my husband called them on 12 August 2013 he was advised that the phone had not gone in. He then called the area manager who advised that she would personally take the phone in. The phone was returned to the store today. My husband was advised that I damaged the phone. Why would I inconvenience myself and damage the phone. He was then told he had to pay R2000 for the phone to have been sent to the repair centre. The phone is just over a year old. I think this is ridiculous and terrible customer service.
