3 Weeks and still phone not working

I have come to the conclusion that 8ta/Telkom just dont care.
My cell has been cutt of twice for no reason, My data has still not been switched on and the 20 people i have spoken to dont know how to fix it. Their favourite wording is "i will need to escalte this" glory how high do you go??
I will be cancalling my contract now and moving on.
You have waisted alot of my money and time.

O yes, this ithe 3rd hello peter i am sending, you also have no idea of responding as well.
