Rude and cant be trusted

We cancelled our phone contracts and had to phone in more then 6 times and after comfirming that it was cancelled, I had to call in again just to fined out it wasnt! I called in 4times and they just drop the call-once had to hold for 40min and they just drop the call. They are very rude and wont help at all!!!
