I upgraded my contract on Friday the 2nd of August, I had to do a SIM swop because my new phone used another type of SIM. Usually a SIM swop takes about 2 to 3 hours in my experience. Today is the 7th of August and I am still using my old phone/SIM. I went back to the shop on the 5th and called MTN business call center at least two times every day, every time I get the same story, activation failed and I should wait another 2 - 24 hours. I also understand that I only have 6 days to return my new phone if it is faulty. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO TEST IT PROPERLY IF MY SIM DOES NOT WORK?
