Follow on to No service and poor quality product

I received feedback from Sipho as indicated yet still nothing has been done about the matter. He was unable to assist and instructed that he would escalate.

This service is disgusting as he indicated (on Saturday) that the matter was being escalated. It is now Tuesday and i still have not received feedback. This affects my ability to work!!!
