After logging a complaint with the call centre and posting a complaint on Hello Peter, the only response I get is an automated, sorry to hear, we'll come back to you...
After 7 days still noboddy got back to me.

Autopage - you know nothing about customer service!!!
Why do you still bother to say you respond to Hallopeter when all you do is post a general statement to everybody's complaints??
