Recently went for an upgrade on the current package we are on and the Sales Consultant failed to say that they are having challenges with the supply of the TV at the current moment. Is this what costumer service is about, making the sale and taking little consideration to the affect such decision have on people on the receiving end. Debit order has gone off timeously and yet we still wait for the TV... This is the worst service ever.
The 7 day delivery promise is just false advertising and should just cancel the contract as you are not meeting the obligations stated in the contract and should consider legal action, this is an inconvenience and an expense of having to call every time to do follow ups.

Does MTN pride its self in being so unhelpful to loyal subscribers? Could someone do something because now we are referred to Ingram Micro to find out the status of the order... We never dealt with them in the 1st place.
