Cancelled sms bundle 5 months ago, still debiting

In March 2013 I contacted the Cell C customer care line and requested that they cancel my SMS bundle subscription and move my debit order date. Due to the time of the month, I was advised that these changes will only occur at the end of April 2013. Which I understood.

My invoice for May was debited on the correct date, however a charge of R118.42 was charged for the sms bundle.

I contacted Cell C customer care again in June 2013 and queried this and was informed that they made a mistake, will immediately cancel the sms bundle and credit me for the payments they had taken. They said they would listen to the recordings of my calls and lodge an urgent enquiry.

It is now August and my latest statement (July) still shows the debit for the sms bundles!!! I have had enough calling and holding on the line to receive nothing in return!!!
