R4269.62 FOR TERMINATING A CONTRACT WITHIN 2 DAYS

ON Tuesday the 28th of July one of the sales agents called me and offered me a contract for the sony experia go, which i accepted, she read the terms and conditions for me and we successfully concluded the contract telephonically, among the terms and conditions was that if i should terminate within 2 weeks i would incur an amount of R200, later that day i decided i did not want the phone anymore but instead i want a sumsung s4, i called Nashua and informed them and i was transferred from one place to another, they kept telling me that they would call me back but no one called me through out last week. yesterday i called and i spoke to Nonhlanhla who also wasn't giving me any straight answers except that she would call me back. through out all my communications, no one informed me off any charges, i got fed up with the run around and decided to cancel everything, Nonhlanhl called me confirming the cancellation and told me that they could only migrate my number back to prepaid in a months time which i understood, i asked whether all this had cost implications and she said no, to my surprise, i later recieved an account for R4269.62 for "termination penalty" which is ridiculous.
