DISGUSTING SERVICE AND A WASTE OF TIME!!!

I recently regestered a new domain with Webafrica and signed up for one of their hosting packages. After about 8 days and more than 30 phone calls, my website was still not "live". every phone call went through to a different operator and I was continually told there were "technical issues" they needed to sort out out. Eventually I transfered my website to another hosting company who had my website up and running in 4 hours!!!
Then Webafrica decided to deduct via debt order the domain registration fee of R99 which I had already paid some 2 weeks earlier AND the hosting fees (for a domain they never hosted) Total = R188
I phoned in to complain and spoke to Alysha (?) who admitted that yes..I should get a refund but as they only do refunds on Fridays (how many refunds do they need to do??) and I had already missed the deadline - i would have have to wait for next Friday (the 9th) which is a public holiday so i dont hold out much hope for a refund on that day!!
