So how long is it going to take for Sidefree to get back to me about my initial complaint??? in between time i'm getting plagued and harassed with calls and text messages from cell c personnel?? now threats... really???

I'm tired of explaining to everybody and their mother about this issue and receiving for my troubles a useless reference number 1307310000269198, 30726011620 etc.

you guys seriously need to put your house in order, you've got majorly disgruntled customers out there. Cell C is definitely off my "will recommend" list

...sort out your nonsense and don't you dare debit my account again. that warrants /BROAD DAYLIGHT
