Upgrade that's becoming a pain!!!

I upgraded on saturday 3/08/2013 @ the MTN service centre at maponya mall. a simswap was done as i needed a micro sim for the new phone. Zanele reassured me that my line would be active in 2-24 hours. 3 days later i have 2 phones that i can not use cos both simswams are not active. i went back to maponya on sunday and she told me that there was an error on node2node and that she'd submit a usd, again giving me the 24hr promise. i wok up monday morning and i was stil with no service. when i phoned 808 i was told about another error and that there needs to be a resubmission another 24hrs. how many 24hrs must i wait for before my phone is sorted out. i have a blackberry that i can't use since BIS was terminated & an S4 that i cannot use since there is no service on it &the sim has not been activated. why am i paying for a service that i'm not receiving? i work in the telecoms industry and know for a fact it doesn't take this long to activate a sim. can mtn stop taking people for a ride and actually start delivering. my number has been on voice mail since saturday. how much longer do i need to sufefr before my matter is attended to? i've een more than patient, this is beyond ridiculous
