Thursday 11 July I received the following:
"Hello CraigIsNotHappy,
Sipho will contact you shortly and assist with your complaint.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused."
I received feedback from Sipho with instructions of how to remedy the problem - I continued with this but did not have signal for a couple of hours. I reversed the changes and had partial signal again. I also sent through an official Cell C SIM Card/Signal check request form. I have followed up with Sipho but have not heard anything from him.
I am still having intermittent issues with signal and dropped calls/very bad call quality. This 97% coverage advert seems false!
This is an opportunity to impress an already dissatisfied customer, I hope I can be pleasantly surprised by your service.
