I had a problem after hours with a pre-paid dongle from Neotel as I lost my log in details. After some calls I reached Antonio Arendse and he asked me to provide him with as much detail as possible. He then referred my issues to one of Neotel's agents in Johannesburg. Unfortunately I can't recall the gentleman's name that called me back and assisted me in getting my internet service up and running again. I just want to give a special thank you to both of you for reacting to my call in need. Great service and I must say coming from a telecommunications back ground, this is the type of service one would expect if you have a SLA or a fibre connection, not pre-paid services. Excellent work. :)
