Worse service and i am still stuck with them

I am furious and fuming due to the bad service i received from nashua including head office, 1st insurance replaced my lost phone with a phone they choose for me and i did not want and i am expected to pay excess which i did and got stuck with a blackberry i did not want, as unhappy customer i cancelled the insurance but told no!
