Disappointed Once Again!!!

I have been a very trusting customer of Nashua Mobile for little over a year. Paying two contracts that I have with them very Religiously. My Phone got about a week back. While paying my insurance each month, at a very high rate, I was told that my phone will not get replaced because I was using the phone as a second phone and my sim card was not in the covered phone at the time. Okay, a part of me can understand this, but another part of me is furious. Now I want to change contracts and get another phone, because I vant get along with just one, I am informed of a very large cancellation fee. This is not my first disappointment with Nashua. And seems to me not to be the last.
