Mweb
Out of bundle rates incorrectly calculated

Telecommunications

I have been incorrectly charged by MTN - via MWEB on my out of bundle rates - and it looks like this is for the past 2 years. the claimed out of bundle rate is 29c per megabyte, but the invoicing is charging at 40c per megabyte - and I wonder how many other people have been incorrectly billled in this manner...

I still struggle to understand the concept that the more we buy the higher the rate we should be paying. the new packages from Vodacom make no sense. 2 Gigs for R99 (R50 per Gig) 3 Gigs for R169 (R85 per Gig) and 5 Gigs for R259 (R51, 80 per Gig) this pricing structure makes no sense. Imagine our retailers using this... 1kg Butter for R20 and 2kg butter for R60? And MWEB management have not been able to negotiate a better strucutured deal on our behalf.
Telkom offers us 10Gigs for R200? MTN has the same odd pricing structure... 2 Gigs for R119 (R60 per Gig) and then 5 Gigs for R499 (R100 per gig)

the MWEB sales staff are never able to offer an answer on this...
