I have decided to upgrade my ADSL from 4M to 10M bundle. Because the pricing of Telkom was R699 and Mweb R999, I have phoned Mweb to cancel my bundle with them. The lady at mweb told me that they will give me the 10M bundle for the same price as Telkom, R699. I am now billed R999 for the second month in a row. Where is my discount?

I think this is completely illegal? You will here from me today!
