Impatient and disappointed

I applied for a contract a week ago after my previous phone was, I thought it would be quick process as i was told it would only take an hour for me to find out if i'm successful or not, It has already been a week ad yet no word about my application status, I call the call center everyday and i get told they are still 'Busy' ith it. Let me tell you that it doesn't take a week to place a few phone calls and check my ITC! I love 8ta usually, which is why i chose to open a contract with them. But now the service is just disappointing! If i don't get an answer by the end of today i will most likely cancel my application and go to another service provider. I usually wouldn't be bothered, But i'm going on almost two weeks without a cell phone. It is just inconvenient.! Please 8ta. Speed up the process.
