Contract Application Cancelled - no informing me

I applied for a new contract with Cell C Direct on the 25th April and was told it was preapproved and confirmed all my details on the phone as I currently had an existing contract with them.

I got a call on the 29/30th April to confirm my details, delivery address, etc. and was told the phone will be delivered in the next week or 2.

I called back on 14th May to query the status and was told the order was cancel as the account number was incorrect. So I queried why nobody bothered to call me to correct this earlier. They said they will email the relevant department and will get back to me the same day. No Call, No email, nothing.

I called again today 15th May. I again asked why they not let me know earlier, and then was told to speak to customer queries, they could not help me and then I spoke to one of the managers Janeev and was told that I need to speak to someone from retentions, then I was on hold for about 30 mins, I had to eventually hang up.
I have an existing contract with Cell C Direct and the application process was quick and easy, even the upgrade was done easily,

I not very upset by rather very disappointed that company that good customer service has gone
