8ta / Telkom Mobile
Calls not coming through & no SMS

Switched over to Telkom Mobile using my own Iphone5 and having numerous problems. Calls not coming through and sms not coming through! Why? When my wife calls me on her 8ta contract I receive the call but all other people calling does not come through. This contract is useless to me if no one can call me.
