Cannot upgrade my phone yet!!!

I have been eagerly awaiting the date when I can upgrade my phone and on the 1st of August I phoned MTN Direct only to be told that I cannot upgrade my phone even though I know what package and phone I want - because their August promotional price lists have not been released yet! It is now the 5th of August and they still do not have any price lists for packages on upgrades!
