Pathetic service and empty promises

After my upgrade from blackberry to samsung my data bundels were not loaded on the contract with the effect that I had to pay about R2500 for data used in the first month. Vodacom has sent us from pillar to post. Three visits to Voda World in Midrand, numerous phone calls and sms from Vodacom we finally received a confirmation sms that a credit will be posted on our account before the end of July.
But what a surprise, it still has not been done and our phone bill has gone off by debit order again. We have just been to Voda World in Midrand again where they tried to help us and we spoke to the call centre again where we were told that we must take the consultants word that the credit would be passed. Where is the confidence??? How on earth are we suppose to believe anything from Vodacom.
Funny how when you owe them money it turns to court cases but when they owe you money there is no hurry to even give you feedback.

Rediculous and so disgusted with the service.
