MAKING THEIR MISTAKE MY PROBLEM

GOT A CALL FROM VODACOM TO OPEN A CONTACT ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO WHICH I AGREED TO AFTER SPECIFYING THAT THE DEBIT ORDER MUST BE AT THE VERY END OF EACH MONTH. SINCE THEN THEY TRY TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT IN THE MIDDLE OF EACH MONTH. I HAVE CONTINUOUSLY TRIED TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT FROM THE FIRST MONTH AFTER NOT EVEN RECEIVING THE SERVICE I SUBSCRIBED TO AND NOW THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT AND EXPECT ME TO PAY A CANCELLATION FEE FOR A SERVICE THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING. I HOPE VODACOM READS THIS MESSAGE BECAUSE I WILL POST IT EVERY DAY AND EVERYWHERE I CAN UNTIL THEY SORT OUT THEIR MISTAKE!!! PLEASE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH EVERYONE
