How do I get a response from the call centre. I phoned 0861232424 on 3 June to cancel my cuttent Autopage contract and convert to prepaid. They said that it would be done by end of June. The debit order is still coming off my account. I phoned again on 30 July to the call centre and spoke to Sizakele who said that she would find out and let me know as it was suppose to be cancelled. Today is 02 August and I am still waiting for a return call. The cell number in question is not my contact number. The cell number in question is 0842085139.
