I have had just about enough with vodacom now, first its dealing with agents with bad attitude who laugh on the phone over the own conversations while speaking to clients. I spoke to Vuyo while assisting with a statement his having a lekker laugh and not paying attention to what Im telling him. Now I have to repeat myself because he was not paying attention. Then to make it worse I upgrade to a Samsang S3 mini in May but I am still being billed for BIS on my old phone. What is the point of upgrading if I am still going to be charged for my old phone. Does you system not tell you all of this why do I have to scrutinise every statement to ensure you are doing you job correctly. This is unacceptable and I dont want you R60 airtime to keep my mouth shut I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM MAY - JULY . IF YOUR AGENTS ARE INCOMPETENT AND DONT KNOW THAT THEY NEED TO INFORM THE CLIENT OF EVERY DETAIL IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM TRAIN THEM PROPERLY. I AM YOUR CLIENT I WAS MISINFORMED AND WILL NOT BARE GRUNT FOR IT, SORT THIS OUT NOW!!!
