Telkom CEO if you have any interest or care for your client please phone 082 375 8678. We live in Ellisras and have had endless problems with our ADSL line. The internet has been off too often. Now that we want to cancel with immediate effect, this seems even worse than trying to have our problem rectified. A lady (name not known)
phoned me last week and told me with great arrogance and glee that she would not pass a credit on our account, almost as if it was her company! She would not let me speak to the Accounts manager because she was not in and would not be in the next week. ( Accounts manager name is Rika Joubert). My wife tried the whole day to try and cancel but was cut of counless times as soon as she tried to give her reason for our dissatisfaction. This is abuse! They wont cancel with immediate effect. They cannot replay our so called recorded telephone calls! The public thus has no recourse at all. CONSUMERS AVOID THIS ABUSE AND SPARE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION OF DEALING WITH TELKOM SOUTH AFRICA!!!
