Cellphone number 0832351999 disappear MTN network

When I receive a call MTN responded that this number does not exists on the MTN network. I can make calls but cannot receive any calls. I contacted Veronica and Lana at the MTN branch in Worcester the 26 July 2013.
(08386914730They reported the problem to their headoffice. According to headoffice it is a technical problem. Up to today they could not fix the problem. It is a business phone and clients could not contact me. It seems to me they cant fix the problem. Surely this is not acceptable for a large company like MTN.
