Poor After Sales Service and Response

I spoke with a Hope Phasha at MTN Direct Jhb. Very enthusiastic to sell me MTN goods. Call was successful and I upgraded my phone and Tablet specifying what I required. When i received my packages the color of the tablet was incorrect. I have been trying for over a week to contact this person as well as their manager, Meidi Masipa, without success and with no call backs from them. Every time I speak with a call center agent they say they cannot transfer me directly and will have to send an email to the agent and the Manager. This has been done countless times. I am sitting with a piece of equipment now that I will not use.
