Good day

Please find attached documents that were handed to your Westgate MTN branch on the 17th of May to Mpho Mokotla, store contact number 083 869 6691.

When calling your Business Interaction number (808) yesterday to enquire if my contract has been transferred over to prepaid, I was told that the documents weren't received. I then went back to the Westgate MTN branch this morning, only to be told by Mpho that he doesn't know what he did with the documents. Can this request be actioned immediately!!! I will not be held liable for your stores incompetence!!

Kindly note that as per my contract, the last debit order will be this month and I trust that further debit orders will be cancelled. I will be placing a stop order on further payments once the last debit order is processed at the end of the month.

I've noticed that I've been debited again by MTN:
2013-07-31 DEBIT TRANSFER MTN SP A3104043 0097537590 R 985.26-
I demand that my money be reversed back into my account ASAP and will no longer be doing further business with MTN!!! Your service, turn around times and incompetence is a lot to be desired!!!
