I really do not like what happened from the service i received from mtn, they've been my network ever since i started having a cellphone but the service received is really not acceptable.i lost my phone on the 20th of July and reported it the same day, i went to mtn eastgate on Sunday to fill in the form as they told me to check wih the department on tuesday (23rd) to my surprise it was not done as it had 2 to be done over the phone. The lady i spoke to on tuesday said i must wait 48-72 someone will call me (which was last week) as today is the 31st and nothing or no one has got back to me... i pay my phone every month including the insurance, ive been upgrading every term and never had a problem with mtn or anything but now i have to wait just for someone to call me and give feedback.ive been calling the insurance department ever since but they are not answering, was just helped now by Goodness Khoza from the accounts department as she said she sent an urgent email to them to contact me... a simple call will never kill anybody but when you deducting my account as you will be doing today it goes thorough successfully.i dont wanna end up canceling my contracts cos its not the only one...
