I am one to always complain about poor service where deemed necessary but today I will grant positive light where it should be shone. I had my phone earlier this week and went about on the necessary papers to fill out etc..

After a few days I got onto Facebook and asked for some advise from them, they asked me for contact details and said that the "Team" will contact me shortly.

I was then contacted by the Insurance Department and spoke to Ndumiso who helped out a ridiculous amount and has ordered me the phone I requested.

I can't thank the team from Autopage Facebook enough as well as Ndumiso from the Insurance Department.
